Dr. Jones-Laper is a native of the Finger Lakes area and a graduate of SUNY Buffalo. She arrived in Maryland following her husband’s career in satellites. She has made her home in Howard County, raising three children; who are now young adults. Outside of the office she enjoys crafting and cooking.
